We wanted to give you a quick update.
The team at Market-Driven Business was asked 2 weeks ago by our customers and partners if we could shift our workshop delivery to an online model. This presented a unique challenge for us. As anyone who has attended one of our workshops can attest, a lot of what we do is hands-on and uses the room fully. People stand up, debate, and work together as they learn the processes of the day. No one gets to hide in the corner. Whiteboards and sticky notes abound. It is in all this activity that the deep learning happens.
As you can imagine, that experience doesn’t directly translate to the digital medium without doing some work to make it work. And really, no one wants a repeat of the experience of playing Pac-Man at home for the first time. With that in mind, we carefully considered how to do this “port” to a new system well. It was key that we could truly deliver the Market-Driven Business experience in a new medium without sacrificing the quality of that experience. Well, after some testing with trusted clients, we are pleased to say that we have completed that process. And thus…
